The “Gossip Girl” cutie has been the target of the overzealous fan, who claimed he had a “metaphysical” affiliation to her.
Last month, Blake obtained a brief restraining order against Mifle once he showed up on the set of her CW show and “followed her along with his eyes” all day.
Now, the temporary order has been extended to a full-fledged restraining order, barring Mifle from coming back at intervals a hundred yards of Blake for subsequent 3 years.
