With entertainment provided by DJ Casanova, "The Hills" star partied the night away in an exceedingly bright orange mini skirt, gray tank high and black strappy heels.
The Vegas soiree comes once the glamorous lollipop licking brunette hosted the grand gap of the latest Sugar Factory location at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on the previous night.
